Mobile development intern – Amdax Amsterdam

Amdax offers services within the world of digital assets. We do this, among other things, by offering a high-quality crypto platform. As a mobile development intern you get the opportunity to make an important contribution to this and at the same time improve your technical skills with Swift, Kotlin or Dart (flutter). At Amdax we are always looking for high-quality new talent who would like to develop further. You won’t get the rotten tasks that no one wants to do, but you will really contribute to the development of our products. You will also learn more about the crypto domain and the technical cutting-edge technologies we use.

What will you be doing?
As a mobile development intern, you become part of our driven development team and actively participate in the development process together with your colleagues. You will be responsible for participating in the development, optimization and maintenance of our apps for iOS and Android. These platforms are used 24/7 by our customers, partners and employees for trading, custody, business intelligence and more. Also, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders within the organization on technical requirements.

• Think proactively to propose innovative solutions.

• Work closely with other team members, such as developers, testers and product owners.

What we ask of you:

• Studying Technical Computer Science or similar.
• Enthusiasm for the crypto asset industry, including blockchain technologies.
• Basic experience with app development (iOS/Android), you have at least basic knowledge of one of the following programming languages: Swift, Kotlin or Dart (Flutter)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the English (and/or Dutch) language, spoken and written.
• Living in The Netherlands and eligible to study/work in The Netherlands
